I think that all classrooms at Mohawk College should be equipped with the same motion sensor lights as located in the new EA wing. I have noticed countless times walking through F-wing late at night and the lights for the large lecture hall are on, with no class taking place within it. I'm sure the same goes for most classrooms, especially larger ones within the college. I have been really impressed with the motion sensor lights within the new wing, they seem to be on a really good timer and only come on when required. I think that having these lights on for empty classrooms is really pointless and is a problem that can easily be fixed.
Lower electricity costs.
